LYMM Beer Festival is back for its fourth year and organisers are promising more ales than ever before.

This year’s charity event will take place on Friday and Saturday, September 5 and 6, in Lymm Village Hall, with more than 25 cask ales and craft beers plus a selection of ciders, perrys and wine.

There will also be live music throughout both days, food and free soft drinks for non-drinkers and designated drivers.

Organiser Lymm and District Round Table is also seeking organisations to sponsor a cask for £80.

In return, your business name would appear in the programme, at the event and on the festival’s social media feeds.

Sponsors will also receive four tickets and £20 of beer tokens.

Duncan Selkirk, Lymm and District Round Table member and beer festival organiser, said: “The beer festival is now one of our most popular events and, as such, we will be having more beers on tap than we have had in previous years.

“We are keeping our fingers crossed for the weather again, as there’s nothing better than sipping a tasty ale in the late summer sun.”

The entry fee is £5 (£3 Saturday afternoon and discounts for CAMRA members), which includes a pint glass created specifically for the event.

All cask ales and ciders are £2.50 a pint.
