DO you have food allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements?
An exhibition hall dedicated to helping people who live 'free from' gluten, wheat, eggs, nuts or dairy is returning to the north west this November.
The Allergy and Free From Show will be at Liverpool Arena's exhibition centre on November 7 and 8 and we have free tickets available for Warrington Guardian readers.
Expect stalls and foot outlets full of specially made products, cooking classes, talks and expert advice.
You can also learn about and sample 'free from' cosmetics, skin, lifestyle and hayfever products
The main attractions this year include Allergy Adventures, a special educational area for youngsters with allergies, and the Sainsbury's kitchen and recipe exchange.
In the Learning Centre you can also attend talks by UK experts in allergies, coeliac disease, eczema and asthma.
The Allergy and Free From Show, sponsored by Schär, was launched in Liverpool in 2012 and last year attracted a record 9,437 visitors and 122 exhibitors.
