WARRINGTON Record Fair will be making its long awaited return next month.

The announcement will be like music to vinyl lovers' ears with thousands of records on sale on the mezzanine floor of Warrington Market on Sunday, July 11.

Entry is free, with parking validation available, and the plan is for the event to take place every two months.

Collectors can also bring their own records for valuations without a charge.

It is hoped as restrictions ease that the Time Square market will play host to a regular series of special events.

The Warrington heat of the Young Traders Market was held there at the weekend. The North West Regional Final of the competition will also be held in Time Square on July 3

"We’ll be including more activity over the coming months, so watch this space," said a spokesperson.
