Saturday saw the expansion and re-branding of a local, family-run property firm to coincide with its 10th successful year in business – as it opened a new independent estate and letting agency in Stockton Heath.

The new agency, called Mark Antony Estates, is highly visible and situated in one of the busiest parts of the village, opposite Piccolino. It features two floors fitted out to the highest standards and utilises the most up to date technologies available.

Customer touch screen multimedia displays and the very latest agency software combine to create the ideal environment for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants to do business in a highly consumer-friendly and efficient manner.

Founder and director Mark Antony Bridge said: “Our technology doesn’t just stop there. As part of a unique offering, to the best of our knowledge we are the first agency in the area that offers professionally piloted and licensed UAV (unmanned aerial vehicles) aerial views to highlight the very best architectural features of a property, its grounds and surroundings that you simply cannot achieve with traditional photography.”

Mark first launched his career more than 10 years ago, buying, selling, letting and managing property for private clients.

His successful business model performed well during recent turbulent times as his business and team went from strength to strength beyond expectations.

Mark says: “I have really wanted to bring my services to the general public for quite some time.

“When the right premises became available within the village I was raised in and love just three months ago, I made an instant decision.

“With no expense or effort spared, I’ve thrown everything I know from 10 years in property and 13 previous years in sales and marketing into this venture to create an estate and letting agent unlike any other.

“I’m very proud of how hard my talented team has worked to help me achieve this goal, and my new clients can have complete confidence that we will continue to work just as hard for them – we will always place people before profit, as nothing satisfies us more than just knowing at the end of the day that you’ve done a great job and made someone happy.”

The opening on Saturday began at 10am with balloons and ribbon cutting.

A steady stream of people visited throughout the day, curious to hear more about the services on offer.

At one point, people had to be turned away – the premises was simply too full to accommodate everyone safely.

Jennifer Norton, Mark’s sister and branch manager, said: “The day has been a huge success and has been highly enjoyable for all my staff too!

“It appears we’ve been well received. There seems to be a lot of goodwill in the village, especially from local businesses, and we managed to sign up four new landlords and three new sellers on the day itself.

“A fair few more potential clients promised to call back when we are less busy, and I hope to see them soon.”

Mark Antony’s youngest employee, his son James, said: “It was an awesome day, but sadly the 100 champagne flutes we hired for the day just wasn’t enough and I had to wash them all ready for our afternoon visitors.”

Mark has lived in Warrington all his life, in most areas at one point or another, including Grappenhall, the town centre, Great Sankey, Old Hall, Howley, Gorse Covert, Grappenhall Heys and now Appleton.

Mark and his team know Warrington very well.

He says: “I love Warrington – I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

“I know it well, and when the right premises comes along I will be opening a couple more branches in the area, for greater convenience for my clients.

“But for now I am totally focused on ensuring my clients get the very best service possible at my new branch in Stockton Heath.”
