Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, due to kerbing and surfacing works. Prohibition of traffic - Nantwich Road. Middlewich - from the junction with Brynlow Drive to outside number 7 Newton Bank and outside 23-29 Nantwich Road, Middlewich
The alternative route will be via Nantwich Road, Clive Green Lane, Middlewich Road, Chester Road, Nantwich Road and visa versa which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place for 24 hours a day. This order will come into operation on Tuesday 29 May 2018 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 10 June 2018, the road will be reopened between 4 June 2018 to 8 June 2018.
