ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 VARIOUS ROADS IN GRAPPENHALL AND THELWALL. WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Euclid Avenue - Its entire length Clarence Road - Its entire length Shadewood Crescent - Its entire length Lindi Avenue - From Shadewood Crescent to St Wilfred's Drive Glebe Avenue - Its entire length Menlow Close - Its entire length
The Order will be effective from Monday 16th October 2017 for 6 weeks between the hours of 8:30am- 5:30pm when signed on site. The alternative routes will be:
Euclid Avenue via A50 Knutsford Road, A56 Chester Road and vice versa or A50 Knutsford Road, Clarence Road, A56 Chester Road and vice versa.
Clarence Road via A50 Knutsford Road, Euclid Avenue, A56 Chester Road and vice versa or via A50 Knutsford Road, Albert Road, A56 Chester Road and vice versa. Shadewood Crescent via A56 Chester Road, A50 Stockport Road, Bellhouse Lane, Glebe Avenue and vice versa.
Undl Avenue via Shadewood Crescent, A56 Chester Road, A50 Stockport Road, Bellhouse Lane, Glebe Avenue and vice versa.
Menlow Close via Lindi Avenue, Shadewood Crescent, A56 Chester Road, A50 Stockport Road, Bellhouse Lane and vice versa.
Glebe Avenue via Lindi Avenue, Shadewood Crescent, A56 Chester Road, A50 Stockport Road and Bellhouse Land and vice versa.
The restrictions and closures are required to undertake footway and carriageway surfacing works. Ref: HIGH/1784

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council Intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
HEATH LANE. CROFT (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving and clearway on Heath Lane for its entire length.
The Order will be effective from Monday 2nd October 2017 for 3 weeks between the hours of 9:30am-3:30pm and 6:30pm-Midnight, Monday to Saturday, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Mustard Lane, Wigshaw Lane, Hob Hey Lane, Broseley Lane, Wilton Lane, Kenyon Lane and vice versa.
The restrictions are required to allow for the replacement of a poorly conditioned culverted watercourse under the carriageway. Ref: HIGH/1807

STRETTON ROAD AND ADJACENT STREETS. APPLETON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is:-
Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway
Stretton Road - Its entire length
Pepper Street - From its junction with Stretton Road for 100m
Walnut Tree Lane - From its junction with Stretton Road for 100m
Spark Hall Close - From its junction with Stretton Road for 100m
The Order will be effective from Monday 2nd October 2017 for 7 weeks and work will be
undertaken in phases as detailed below:
Phase 1: Road resurfacing work to be undertaken between 9:30 to 3:30pm and 7pm to
1 am on Stretton Road from A49 London Road to Blackcap Road.
Phase 2: Footways work to be undertaken between 9:30am to 3:30pm on Stretton Road
from Blackcap Road to Arley Road.
The alternative routes are as detailed below:
Phase 1: A49 London Road to Blackcap Road via London Road, Longwood Road, Dipping Brook Road, Blackcap Road and vice versa.
Phase 2: Blackcap Road to Arley Road via Blackcap Road, Dipping Brook Road, Longwood Road, Witherwin Avenue, Lumb Brook Road and vice versa. The restrictions and closures are required to undertake highway improvement works, including kerbing, drainage, new footway construction and carriageway surfacing. Ref: HIGH/1774

WHITEFIELD ROAD AND ADJACENT STREETS. WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is:-

Belvoir Road - From its junction with Whitefield Road to its junction with Melton Avenue Carlingford Road - From its junction with Whitefield Road to its junction with Westbourne Road
Carlton Street - From its junction with Whitefield Road to its junction with Cawdor Street Cawdor Street - From its junction with Whitefield Road to its junction with Carlton Street Hill Cliffe Road - From its junction with Whitefield Road to its junction with Brookwood Close

CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 26) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 26th September 2017. The effect of the Order is as follows: -The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -
(a) By the addition of a new Schedule and the following entry thereunder: ¦

Academy Way Within the layby starting from a point 19.2 metres north east of its (Northwest Side) junction with Bank Street for a distance of 24 metres in a north easterly direction.
(c) By amendment of Article 8 being the addition of Schedules 55A and 55B to the said Schedule.

The Order will be effective from 2nd October 2017.
A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 26th September 2017, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
