Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 I Gary Laycock have applied to St Helens Council for a Premises Licence for the premises at: Reminisce Festival, Sherdley Park, St Helens, Merseyside, WA9 5DE.

The proposed licensable activities are:
Recorded Music, Live Music, Performances of Dance, Supply of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises) 11:00 - 23:00 and Hours Open to the Public 11:00 - 23:30 on Saturday September 9th 2017.

The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF (or by email to  by 11th August 2017 It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
