ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 VARIOUS ROADS IN LATCHFORD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway as follows:
Ash Grove from its junction with Park Avenue to its junction with Myrtle Grove
Beech Grove from its junction with Park Avenue to its junction with Birch Grove
Birch Grove from its junction with Beech Grove to its junction with Maple Grove
Cedar Grove from its junction with Maple Grove to its junction with Beech Grove
Dawes Avenue from its junction with Reynolds Street to its junction with Broadbent Avenue
Enville Street from its junction with St. Mary's Street to its junction with Marbury Street
Gaskell Avenue from its junction with Reynolds Street to its junction with Nook Lane
Lord Street from its junction with New Road for its full length
Maple Grove from its junction with Park Avenue to its junction with Birch Grove
Myrtle Grove from its junction with Park Avenue to its junction with Ash Grove
New Road from its junction with St. Mary's Street for its full length
Pichael Nook from its junction with Nook Lane for its full length
Reynolds Street (eastern end) from its junction with Gaskell Avenue to its junction with Nook Lane/Marsden Avenue Reynolds Street (western end) from its junction with Griffiths Street to its junction with Kingsway South Slater Street from its junction with Park Avenue to its junction with Carol Street Tilston Avenue from its junction with Reynolds Street for 50m in a northerly direction Whitley Avenue from its junction with Reynolds Street for 50m in a northerly direction York Street from its junction with Knutsford Road to its junction with Canterbury Street
The Order will be effective from Monday 19th June 2017 for 8 weeks. The closures are expected to be in operation between 8:30am - 5:30pm when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.
The alternative routes will be:
Ash Grove via Park Avenue and Myrtle Grove and vice versa Beech Grove via Park Avenue, Maple Grove and Birch Grove and vice versa Birch Grove via Beech Grove, Park Avenue and Maple Grove and vice versa Cedar Grove via Beech Grove, Park Avenue and Maple Grove and vice versa
Enville Street via St. Mary's Street and Marbury Street or St. Mary's Street, York Street and Marbury Street and vice versa
Gaskell Avenue via Reynolds Street and Nook Lane or Seabury street, Thelwall Lane and Nook Lane and vice versa
Maple Grove via Birch Grove, Beech Grove and Park Avenue and vice versa
Myrtle Grove via Park Avenue and Ash Grove and vice versa
Pichael Nook via Nook Lane, Parkfield Avenue and Moseley Avenue and vice versa
Reynolds Street (eastern end) via Gaskell Street and Nook Lane or Newman Street, Broadbent Avenue, Whitley Avenue, Richmond Avenue and Marsden Avenue and vice versa
Reynolds Street (western end) via Griffiths Street, Broadbent Avenue and Kingsway South
Slater Street via Park Avenue, Knutsford Road, Grove Street or Grove Street, Cumberland Street, Oldham Street, Clelland
Street and Park Avenue and vice versa
York Street via Knutsford Road, St. Mary's Street, Kent Street and Canterbury Street and vice versa
The restrictions and closures are required to undertake essential footway and carriageway surfacing works.

BLACKBROOK AVENUE. INSALL AVENUE AND HILDEN ROAD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on the following:-Blackbrook Avenue - From its junction with Hilden Road to its junction with Enfield Park Road Insall Road - From its junction with Blackbraok Avenue to its junction with Valiant Close Hilden Road - From its junction with Blackbrook Avenue to its junction with Blenheim Close The Order will be effective on Monday 8th May 2017 for a period of 2 weeks between the hours of 9:30am and 2:30pm Monday to Friday when signed on site; however weekend work may be required subject to constraints on site. Access will be under the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative routes are as follows:
Blackbrook Avenue via Enfield Park Road, Crab Lane, Birchwood Way, Blackbrook Avenue and vice versa.
Insall Road via Blackbrook Avenue, Enfield Park Road, Crab Lane, Birchwood Way and vice versa.
Hilden Road via Hilden Road, Orford Road, Birchwood Way, Blackbrook Avenue and vice versa
The closure is required to undertake carriageway resurfacing works associated with the traffic signal upgrade, however
resurfacing will be phased so that only one of the three roads listed above will be restricted at any time.

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (LONGSHAW STREET) (REVOCATION AND INTRODUCTION OF 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 2nd May 2017.The effect of the Order is as follows:-
1) The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads, Bewsey)(Revocation and 20 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2005 is revoked in so far as it relates to Longshaw Street from the back of the footway on the northern side of Hawthorne Street for a distance of 350 metres in a northerly direction.
2) To introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit on Longshaw Street from its junction with Folly Lane to a point 30 metres north west of its junction with Lilford Avenue.
The Order will be effective from 8th May 2017.
A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, together with plans of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 2nd May 2017, apply to the High Court for this purpose

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 16) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 2nd May 2017. The effect of the Order is as follows: -1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -
