ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 MOULDERS LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND SUSPENSION) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce: Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Academy Way and Moulders Lane) (Prohibition of Driving and Suspension) Temporary Order 2016 in so far as it relates to:
Temporary One Way To prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Moulders Lane
other than from east to west and from south to north. Temporary Prohibition of Driving
Moulders Lane From its junction with Academy Way for a distance of
approximately 45m in a south easterly direction. The Order will be effective from Monday 10th April 2017 for a period of 13 weeks, however it is anticipated that the restrictions will only be in place between the hours of 9am - 5pm when signed on site. As part of the implementation of the works, it will be necessary to maintain the closure for certain aspects of the works beyond the general hours stated above. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor tor the duration of the works.
The reason for the temporary restrictions is to allow for highway improvement works, including drainage, associated footway and carriageway surfacing, installation of cladding panels and concrete pouring associated with the MSCP development. DATED 6th April 2017 Ref: HIGH/1727
THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT)
CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 7) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 4th April 2017. The effect of the Order is as follows: -1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation
Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -(a) In the Third Schedule by the addition of: -

Hillock Lane Between a point 12 metres west and a point 12 metres east of its
(North Side) junction with Epping Drive
Epping Drive From its junction with Hillock Lane for a distance of 12 metres in
(Both Sides) a northerly direction
Epping Drive From its junction with western access to Poulton Crescent for
(South East Side) a distance of 22 metres in a north easterly direction Poulton Crescent From its junction with Epping Drive for a distance of 13 metres in (South Side) a westerly direction
Hillock Lane Between a point 12 metres west and a point 7 metres east of its
(South Side) junction with Ryder Road
Ryder Road From its junction with Hillock Lane for a distance of 12 metres in
(Both Sides) a southerly direction
The Order will be effective from Monday 8th May 2017.
A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason tor making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 4th April 2017, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
