THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST HELENS (VARIOUS ROADS) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER. 2008 (AMENDMENT No 3) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that St Helens Borough Council In exercise of Its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to make an Order, the effect of which will be to amend the Council of St Helens (Various Roads) (40mph Speed Limit) (Consolidation) Order, 2008 by the addition to Schedule 2 of that Order of the Items listed In the Schedule below:
SCHEDULE - ITEMS TO BE ADDED
Restriction 40mph
Road Blundells Lane

Length_ From a point 12 metres east of Its junction with Fox's Bank Lane to a point 126 metres southwest of its
junction with Mill Lane
This speed limit Order will revoke and supersede all other speed limit Orders in place on the roads and distances shown above upon commencement of this Order.
A copy of the draft Order, together with a Statement of Reasons and plan for proposing to make the Order, may be requested from the council by emailing

traffic@sthelens.gov.uk

Objections to the proposed Order must be made in writing to the undersigned to be received by no later than 21st January 2022 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
