The reason for this notice Is that the proposal Is a Major Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

Conservation Area Application No: 2021/40291 Proposal: Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a single storey rear extension, first floor extension above existing single storey extension, loft conversion and dormer extension. Location: 90a, Ackers Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington, WA4 2EA Applicant: Claire Brazler-Kobus The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice Is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
