Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Epic Bars (Warrington) Ltd in respect of premises known as Trilogy, 15-17 Friars Gate, Warrington, WAI 2RR, applied to Warrington Borough Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment (to include films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) from the current hours of Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning to the proposed hours of 10:00 to 04:00 the following morning. To extend Late Night Refreshment from the current hours of Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 04:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 04:30 the following morning.
