Application No: 2021/40147 Proposal: Variation ot Condition 9 (Opening Hours) to extend the hours of opening of the centre on a Saturday from 08:30 to 18:00 to 08:00 to 21:00 on a permanent basis on previously approved application 2011/18378 (Re-development of garden centre) Location: Bents Garden Centre, Warrington Road, Warrington, WA3 5IMT Applicant: Bents Garden Centre Limited
The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building and conservation area Application No: 2021/40117 Proposal: Cleaning of historic timber elements, repairs to historic brickwork, and reinstatement of modern materials and finishes to the barn conversion following damages resultant from a fire in 2019 Location: Oak Barn, Stockport Road, Grappenhall and Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 2TQ Applicant: Christiana Shovlin The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
