NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC -
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -
Free Green Lane/Barrows Brow, Peover Inferior
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic -
Free Green Lane. Peover Inferior - From the junction with Crown Lane to the junction with Barrows Brow
Barrows Brow. Peover Inferior - For its full extent
The alternative route will be via Broome Lane, Free Green Lane, Middlewich Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route. This order will come into operation on Monday 27 September 2021 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 22 October 2021.
