NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - Mill Lane, Plumley
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough
Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other
enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect
of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as
follows, bridge replacement.
Prohibition of traffic - Mill Lane. Plumley - For its
No diversion route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 5 July 2021 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 13 August 2021.
