Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
A56 Stockport Rd & Adj Si's (Prohibition of Driving. Clearway & Suspension) Temporary Order 2021 The effect of which is as follows: Prohibition of Driving & Clearway: A56 Stockport Rd
from its jet. with Bell Ln to Its jet. with Camsley Ln; A56 Camsley Ln from its jet. with Stockport Rd to Its jet. with Massey Brook Ln; Warrington Rd from Its jet. with Stockport Rd for 50m; Lymm Rd from its jet. with Stockport Rd for 50m; Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (B5158 Cherry Ln & Elm Tree Rd, Lymm) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit, Except for Access) Consolidation Order 2016 in so far as it relates to Schedule 2 - 7.5T Weight Limit, Except for Access on B5158 Cherry Ln & Elm Tree Rd. The Order will be effective from 22nd February 2021 for 5 weeks between 7pm & 1am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Elm Tree Rd, Cherry Ln, Cliff Ln, Knutsford Fid & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/2084
Carver Rd (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2021
The effect of which is to Introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway on Calver Rd from Mill Ln to Mill Ln. The Order will be effective from 8th March 2021 for 5 weeks between 7:00pm & 5:00am, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Mill Ln & vice versa. The closure Is required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/2179

Various Rd's in Lymm (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2021 The effect of which is as follows: Prohibition of Driving & Clearway: Entire lengths of road: Whitesands Rd; Albany Rd; West Heath Gn Jubilee Gr; Pool Ln from Whitbarrow Rd to Brookslde Ave; Clearway: Rushgreen Rd from Reddish Cres to Springbank Gdns. The Order will be effective from 22nd February 2021 for 6 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm, when signed on site. The alternative routes are Pool Ln via Whitbarrow Rd, Pool Ln & vice versa; Whitesands Rd via Star Ln, Whitbarrow Rd, Northway, Albany Rd & vice versa or via Star Ln, Albany Rd & vice versa; Albany Rd via Star Ln, Whltbanrow Rd, Northway & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway & footway surfacing.

The Borough of Warrington (Dam Lane. Hollins Green) (30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2, 4,81,82 & 83 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to extend the existing 30 mph speed limit further along the derestricted section of road on Dam Ln, Hollins Green, the new limit will be from a point 480m north of its jet. with School Ln for approx. 1450m northbound to its jet. with School Ln, therefore now becomes a restricted road. The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads in Lymm) (Speed Limit Review) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2, 4,84 & Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-
1) Revoke the Order detailed In Column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Notice to the extent as detailed In Column 2 of the said Schedule; 2) To Introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit on the roads specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice to the extent as detailed in the said Schedule; 3) To Introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the roads specified In Schedule 3 to this Notice to the extent as detailed In the said Schedule

Schedule 2-30 MPH Speed Limit A56 Higher Ln - From a point 250m east of its jet. with Oughtrington Ln to the Borough Boundary; Burford Ln - From a point 360m south of its jet. with Warrington Ln to its jet. with A56 Higher Ln; Burford Ln - From a point 15m south of its jet. with Warrington Ln to its jet. with Mill Ln; Warrington Ln - From Burford Ln to a point 675m east of its jet. with Burford Ln; Warrington Ln - From a point 65m west of Agden Ln to the Borough Boundary; Agden Ln - From its jet. with Warrington Ln to the Borough Boundary; High Legh Rd -From its jet. with Higher Ln for a distance of approx. 275m in a southerly direction.
