THE COUNCIL OF ST. HELENS (HAYDOCK LANE AREA, ST. HELENS) (7.5 TONNE WEIGHT RESTRICTION, EXCEPT FOR ACCESS AND BUSES) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that St Helens Council, In exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1), (2) and (4) and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the aforesaid Act, proposes to make an Order, the effect of which will be as specified in the Schedule attached to this Notice.

The above restrictions are intended to be introduced permanently, following success of the experimental order which was introduced on the 31st of October 2019.
A copy of the Order, may be requested from the council by emailing

traffic@sthelens.gov.uk

or by writing to the Traffic Engineering Section, Place Services Department, Wesley House, 4th Floor, Corporation Street, St Helens.
Any person wishing to object to the restrictions being continued in force indefinitely must do so in writing to the undersigned, stating the grounds of objection, within a period of 21 days from the data of this notice.
