NOTICE OF EXAMINATION OF UNRESOLVED ISSUES FORTHE PROPOSED EAST RENFREWSHIRE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2

THETOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT PLANNING) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 - DPEA REF NO: LDP-220-3
On 18 August 2020 East Renfrewshire Council submitted to Scottish Ministers the above proposed plan for examination.

The Scottish Ministers have appointed Mr Alasdair Edwards MA(Hons) and Mr Malcolm Mahony BA(Hons) MRTPI to carry out the examination of the above plan. Additional reporters may be appointed to aid the speedy delivery of the report. The administration of the examination will be carried out by the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA).
The planning authority has provided the reporters with a summary of the issues (Schedule 4 Forms) it considers should be assessed at examination. Copies of representations received and further information to support the examination have also been submitted.
In addition, information about the examination, the Schedule 4 Forms, Further Information Requests, Further Information Responses, Documents Lists, any Hearing Statements and, in due course, the Examination Report can be viewed on the DPEA website at:
