The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it under the terms of Article 15(2)(b) of trie Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
