Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.


The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:


Application Number: IP/2020/0061/HYBR
Proposal: Hybrid Planning Application for the following development (major development);
(i) Full Planning Permission for the erection of a B8 logistics warehouse, with ancillary offices, associated car parking, infrastructure and landscaping; and
(ii) Outline Planning Permission for Manufacturing (B2) and Logistics (B8) development with ancillary offices and associated acess infrastructure works (detailed matters of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale are reserved for subsequent approval)
Applicant: Omega St Helens Ltd/T.J. Morris Limited
Location: Land To The West Of Omega South & South Of The M62
Bold, St Helens

The application is EIA development and an Environmental Statement has been submitted.
The reason for this notice is that amended information has been provided in relation to the Environmental Statement and the planning application. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area, as the site is allocated as Green Belt; the development would affect a public right of way; the development would potentially affect the setting of a listed building; and it is for major development.
The application was made on 22nd January 2020 and members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement, whilst stocks last, from: Mr Chris Gardner, Progress Planning Consultancy Ltd, Norwood, Newport-on-Tay DD6 8DW at a cost of E715 per paper copy and E50 for a DVD copy.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, plans and other submitted documents (including the Environmental Statement and further information relevant to the Environmental Statement) on the Council's website at www.sthelens.gov.uk.
If you have any comments about the applications, they can be submitted online or in writing to the Town Hall within 30 days of the publication of this notice. If you decide to submit comments, no acknowledgement will be sent. Any comments received are open to public inspection and will be displayed on the Council's website.

Application Number: IP/2020/0373/FUL
Proposal: Sub division of ground floor to create 3no seperate units with internal bin store with speculative A1, A2, A3, A4 use along with conversion of first floor to 8no flats.
Applicant: Mr Paul Bond
Location: 13 - 15 Earle Street, Newton Le Willows St Helens

The site lies within a Conservation Area.
