ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PEDESTRIANS -Public Footpath No. 20 Middlewich
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (2) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that the Cheshire East Borough Council have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on the following footpath:
That length of Footpath No. 20 in the Parish of Middlewich which commences at OSGR SJ 7147 6510 and runs in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 1,208 metres to OSGR SJ 7252 6472. The closure is necessary as the footbridge was washed away in flooding.
