APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to St. Helens Council's Licensing Authority for a Variation to a Premises Licence in respect of the premises shown below. Details of the application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St. Helens WA10 1HF between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make a representation in
respect of this provisional statement application should do so in writing to the above address before the date specified below. All representations must include the full name, address and contact details of the interested party, or responsible authority making the representation. Representations submitted after the specified date cannot be considered. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is £5000.

DETAILS OF THE APPLICATION
Extension of licensable activity area in the pub to include the snug area. Existing licensable activities and timings to be applied to this area. Provision for a new licensable activity areas located on the rear field, namely the marquee and railway carriage which will operate with same licensable activities and timings as the premises. All amplified music in the marquee and railway carriage will finish at 23.00 with the exception of New Years Eve when it will be extended to 00.30. DATE BY WHICH REPRESENTATIONS MUST BE MADE 21st November 2019
