NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Inquiry in connection with the Order mentioned below will be held by an Inspector, appointed for this purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport, beginning at 10.00 am on 5 November 2019 at The Base, Dallam Lane, Warrington WA2 7NG. This is to hear representations from remaining objectors (as defined in the Compulsory Purchase (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 2007), from any other persons having an interest in the land the subject of the Compulsory Purchase Order and, at his discretion, to hear representations from any other persons who may desire to appear and be heard. THE ORDER is an Order which has been made by Warrington Borough Council under the above-mentioned Acts and submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation and is:
The Warrington Borough Council (Omega to Burtonwood Accessibility Improvements) Compulsory Purchase Order 2019
An Order under sections 239, 240, 246 and 260 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 3 of and Schedules 2 and 3 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981, relating to the extension and improvement of Burtonwood Road and Clay Lane to incorporate an integral cycle track with a right of way on foot.
COPIES of the Order and of the plans referred to therein have been deposited and may be seen at all reasonable hours free of charge at Contact Warrington, 26-30 Horsemarket Street, Warrington WA11XL. COPIES of any proofs of evidence, sent to or by the promoting authority, will also be available for inspection at the Contact Warrington address from 15 October 2019.
