FREDA ELIZABETH FENNEY (Nee Fernehough) Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 29th April 2021, aged 82 years. Devoted to her loving family, wife to the late Denis, Mum to Sarah and Jane and Grandma to Andrew and James. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at Penketh Methodist Church on Thursday 13th May 2021 at 1.45pm, followed by committal at Walton Lea Crematorium, regrettably by invitation only. Freda loved flowers however, if desired, donations can be made to Cancer Research UK. All enquiries to Maddock Funeral Directors, Lovely Lane, Tel: 01925 652819.

To Sarah and Jane, I'm very sorry to hear about your lovely mum Freda. We all have such lovely memories of your mum she really was such a lovely kind lady. I remember Freda and you all fondly as a child living across the street on Heath Road.
Just recently your mum 'friended' me on Facebook and I said I'd drop in to see her next time I was home, this was only last summer. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be.
Myself and the rest of my family would like to offer our sincere condolences at such a sad time. And may your mum (and Dennis) both rest in peace.
