JEAN WHELAN Sadly passed away at the age of 81 years on Monday 15th March 2021 at Warrington and Halton Hospital following a short illness. Jean was a devoted wife, mother, nana and great grandmother who loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Married to James Francis Whelan (deceased), she is survived by three sisters, two sons, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The Funeral service will take place at St John Henry Newman Church on Monday 12th April followed by interment at Fox Covert Cemetery. The family wish any donations should be sent to St Rocco's Hospice. "If roses grow in heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me, place them in my mother's arms and tell her they're from me".
