Lilian de Looze Clara Lilian de Looze (née Bowd) b. 13 November 1922, late of High Street Newton-le-Willows, died peacefully at home on 6 January 2021 in the presence of her son Stephen. Whilst she had become increasingly frail in the past few years, she remained resolute and mentally sharp until the very last. Her cremation took place on 25 January 2021 at Wigan Crematorium, Lower Ince and she will be buried in St Peter's churchyard, Newton-le-Willows alongside her beloved husband Frank and daughter Alison. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who touched many lives with her kindness and warmth and whose departure leaves a huge hole in our hearts.
