ARTHUR LAWTON Passed away peacefully in Warrington Hospital on 23rd July due to a Myocardial infarction his wife Margaret and his family were at his bedside along with his sister Joan, he was 90 years of age. His family consisted of 5 children one of whom predeceased him, there are 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Arthur was a printer at Unilever for most of his life apart from an apprenticeship at the Co-op printing works. His main interests were his Family, Crown Green Bowling and Gardening in that order. Arthur's funeral service took place at St Oswalds Church Winwick on 12th August it was conducted by the Rev June Steventon, this was followed by the interment at Fox Covert, the funeral directors were Knox and Son.

My grandad, you were the best grandad, the kindest, you gave me many happy memories that I will cherish for ever. I will miss you loads but I will never forget you And all the happy memories we made, love you always your grandson carl xxx
