NORMAN (BILL) MERCER Bill passed peacefully at home on 2nd July 2020 aged 81 years, with his wife and 3 children at his bedside. Bill will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him,. A church service for family and immediate friends will be held at St James Church, Wilderspool Causeway on Thursday 16th July 2020 at 10.00am, followed by committal at Walton Lea.
