THOMAS FORSYTH On the 8th May 2020 Tom passed away peacefully aged 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Hazel, much loved Dad of Heather and Jill, and Father in Law to Andrew and Phillip. Dearly loved Grandad of Matthew and Steph, Luke and Holly, Ryan and Becky, Louise and Rebecca and great Grandad to Kyan. A private funeral service to take place at Walton Lea Crematorium on Friday 5th June at 2.20pm. Family Flowers only please. Donations if desired to The Salvation Army C/O Maddock Funeral Directors.
