STEPHEN JOHN MULHOLLAND It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely death of Stephen. Stephen Mulholland: Requiescat in Pace
Stephen passed away at the start of the pandemic and the funeral and committal were very restricted.

Stephen, who was originally from Warrington but had lived in South Wales and Hereford for several years, started at Ushaw in Underlow in September 1965 and left in Poetry.
Stephen became a local councillor for the Liberals in Warrington and then a regional agent for the party. He stood for Parliament against David Hunt in Wirral West in the General Election on Thursday 9 June 1983. Steve cut Hunt's majority in half and was very impressive at the hustings but was beaten at the ballot box.
Steve then worked for the Environment Agency and was frequently on TV when the Sea Empress ran aground in 1996 spilling millions of gallons of oil onto Pembrokeshire coast.
May he Rest in Peace.
