DAVID CRUSE "CRUSEY" Passed away suddenly on March 12th 2020 aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Chris, loving dad of Jeanette and Brian, devoted grandad of Declan. David will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Walton Lea crematorium on Wednesday 25th March at 3.00pm. No flowers by request.
