PATRICIA VERONICA RHODES Passed away peacefully at, Warrington General Hospital on Sunday 5th January 2020, aged 79 years. Devoted Wife to Les, a loving Mum to five children, a beloved Nana and Great Nan, she will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. A celebration of her life will take place on Monday 20th January, Walton Lea Crematorium at 3:40pm. Family flowers only please.
