ANN JEAN PHELAN Sadly passed away on Friday 6th December 2019 at Westvale care Home aged 81yrs. Jean will be deeply missed by all her loving family and friends. A funeral service will take place on Monday 16th December 11:00am at St Joseph's Church, Penketh, followed by committal at Walton Lea 12:20pm.
