CLARE JANE COOKE (nee Fazakerley) Sadly passed away on Friday, 31st May 2019, at Warrington Hospital, aged 47. Clare will be deeply missed by all her loving family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, 13th June, at St Mary's Church, Great Sankey, at 11:15am. Family flowers only, please. However, any donations in Clare's memory would be very gratefully received and forwarded to the Intensive Care Unit at Warrington Hospital.
