RACHAEL THOMSON Who passed away at St. Rocco's Hospice, Warrington on 22nd January 2019 aged 43, after a long and brave struggle against cancer. Beloved mother of Samuel and Eve, loving daughter of Vic and the late Caroline and treasured sister of Samantha. Will be sadly missed by all that knew her. Funeral service to be held at St David's Roman Catholic Church, Mold on Wednesday 13th February 2019 at 12.00 mid day, followed by burial at Mold Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations will be gratefully received towards St. Rocco's Hospice, Warrington and Clatterbridge Cancer Research.
