DAVID SYDNEY FOULKES Passed away peacefully on 27th November 2017 aged 76 years Dave (Sid) is survived by his wife Olwyn; son Iain; daughter-in law Jannine; grandchildren Kaitlin and Jack Funeral will be held at Walton Lea Crematorium on Thursday 14th December at 1.40pm. Olwyn and Iain have requested no dress code-please be comfortable. Family flowers only please with donations in his memory for North West Air Ambulance.
