Foul-mouthed fans let us down

NOW the furore of Warrington winning the cup for the third time in four years has died down, I feel I must make this comment.

I went to Wembley to watch my team and sat in stand A, fairly high up.

There were some so-called Warrington fans behind us and their language was appalling. The referee frustrated me sometimes but the foul mouths of these idiots was beyond belief.

Mr Silverwood could not have heard them but people around could, including women and children.

A couple near us even moved away. They spoiled a great day.

Wolves did the town proud but others did not!
