Tired of post going missing

MY post continues to go missing, I have already complained about this in February and was told Royal Mail would put a check on my address but it is still going missing.

My daughter missed countless appointments with the hospital when she was pregnant due to not receiving her appointments.

She was then told that social services would be contacted if she missed any more appointmens as they were concerned she was not taking the care of her unborn child seriously.

Birthday cards containing money and vouchers have also gone missing.

The final straw came today when my daughter rang the HMRC to find out why she has not been receiving her Healthy Start Vouchers.

She was told they have been sending them since February and because she has not received any of thm they have now expired.

She is entitled to these vouchers for being a new single mum and has had to borrow money for milk as she has not alot of money and cannot afford to pay.

I have made two complaints to Royal Mail and all we are told is that ey will look into it. My family have suffered emotionally and financially due to its negligence.

If we can’t trust them to be honest and reliable who can we trust?
