Bird spotting in Woolston

HAS anyone else had a sighting of a bird of prey in the Woolston Park area, around Monk’s Club?

I saw one last August or September time. It looked like a falcon or something similar and was twice the size of a magpie.

Could be a buzzard, there are a lot soar over Risley and Woolston and one even perched on my back garden fence the other week? Check out this RSPB link
