Taxi service has to be paid for

ALTHOUGH I agree with L Donelan that a female passenger should not be left alone at the side of the road at night, I feel I must point out that taxi companies do provide the service they are paid for.

If however, services are not going to be paid for then surely they have no obligation to provide a service?

If you went to a shop and said you could only afford half a loaf would they give you the rest for free? Of course not.
