AFTER watching Warrington Wolves win over Wigan on Saturday, I started thinking about why the game was not sold-out.

More than 10,000 watched but I suspect more than 3,000 were Wigan fans.

So looking at the regular home attendances, I would suspect around 2,000 people who usually go to home games didn’t.

So why? This was the biggest game of the season, a cup quarter final against our biggest rivals.

So where were they? Well it is extra money on your season ticket, but only £15 for members.

It was also on TV I guess and it is in the middle of holiday season.

Yet the game was superb, a wonderful example of how great rugby league can be.

It deserved a full house.

Hopefully the excellent innovation for the semi-final in Bolton will mean more Warrington fans come and out support.

We have a good, committed side now and they deserve our support.
