WE are all used to hearing about all the faults Warrington has, not least the endless problems with traffic.
But May 1 will go down as a Red Letter Day in my long life in the town.
Every Tuesday morning I have to battle through the rush hour traffic from one side of town to the other but low and behold no hold ups on Cromwell Avenue, Sankey Way, Crosfield Island and Wilson Patten Street.
Just a few idiots who drove through red lights quite blatantly at Crosfield island in the rush to get to work.
Couldn’t believe my luck and apart from the short hold up in Latchford it was a very pleasant early morning journey.
Once in a lifetime isn’t bad, eh?
