REGARDING the 770 new homes approved for South Warrington (Warrington Guardian, October 12).
Bearing in mind Chapelford is still waiting for its community buildings some 10 years later, would it not be reasonable to insist the builders now erect the health centre, school, etc, before any houses are built?
Perhaps that is too sensible.
And can the council’s highways team explain how an increase of possibly one thousand more cars in the area will not have an impact on our already congested roads?
