THE toll over the two Runcorn Bridges will soon be in £2 each way.
In Scotland they have just completed the construction of the new Queensferry Crossing over the River Firth at Edinburgh at a cost of £1.4 billion.
The cost of the toll to go over the new bridge (several times larger than the new Runcorn Bridge) is zero.
