Road chaos
CAN anyone explain why the phasing of the traffic lights at the junction of Winwick Road and Cromwell Avenue has been changed?
Chaos on Winwick Road on Friday made trying to leave Junction 9 Retail Park almost impossible.
A sign just by the junction leaves commuters with no time to consider an alternate route.
