I WOULD like to say how proud I was of a driver who showed a sheer act of kindness.
I was driving towards Debenhams on Midland Way when I saw a white sports car parked on the opposite side of the road with hazard warning lights flashing.
A man was running back up the road, at which point I wondered if he needed some help.
As I passed I witnessed one of the kindest things I’ve seen.
He was running to pick up a hedgehog that had ventured into the road, he grabbed the hedgehog, put it back in the bushes and then ran back to drive off.
I was so proud of this person and if anybody knows who it may be please pass on my kindest regards.
