ON July 2 I visited Manchester Road cemetery, where our family grave, is along with my wife who has great difficulty in walking.
I was appalled to see the state of the area along the wall of Peacock Avenue end.
All the graves were overgrown with weeds, you could not walk safely to reach our family grave.
I wrote letters of complaint asking about health and safety.
After going back to the cemetery on August 9 the said area, some of the graves were covered in weeds, with no clear walk to the graves.
While three quarters of the cemetery is perfect, this area certainly lets them down.
