I AM writing to let you know once again how badly this council is treating the disabled of Warrington.
My son’s care agency has lost the tender that the council has put in.
He was supposed to go over to one of the companies that won the tender but they cannot accommodate him and many others that are in this situation.
The care pulled out on August 1 and my 44-year-old son has no care as we have not been able to find another company to take over.
This is another cost cutting exercise that the council has messed up.
We are talking about people’s lives here – the people with severe disabilities and their families who are picking up the pieces.
A caring council? I think not.
I think the people of Warrington need to know what is going on.
