I AM seriously considering contacting NASA to see if I can purchase a lunar rover vehicle.

These were built to cope with lunar craters so would be ideally suited to coping with Warrington’s roads.

Many roads are cratered like the moon – especially the Cantilever Bridge.

They are green vehicles, being electrically powered, so there will be no pollution at all.

They have had one careful owner, never been raced or rallied and are low mileage.

The wheels are large with soft tyres, so can cope with the deep craters we seem to have.

I appear to have missed the meteors that have caused the craters.

Are there any amateur astronomers out there who can let us know when the next shower is due?

I would like to go up onto the Cantilever Bridge to witness how they manage to target it so precisely.

I still have my father’s Second World War tin helmet which I could wear in order to prevent any injuries.
