YMCA plea
WITH reference to last week’s letter about the closure of the YMCA (Warrington Guardian, July 7).
I support Lyndsay McAteer totally.
It is a disgrace that Warrington Borough Council refuses to keep it open.
This place is an oasis for the homeless that the desperately need.
Sue Blyth and the volunteers do a brilliant job.
Come on Warrington Borough Council and change your minds for the sake of pure human kindness.
Please.
